Cost to pay on legal consultation.

Retainer

First to pay when you ask a lawyer to handle the incident. Unlike remuneration, payment will be made regardless of the result.

Remuneration

Fee to pay at the end of the incident. The amount is determined according to the profit and the degree of success of the requested case.

Advisory fee

Fee to pay when you sign an advisory contract. We are also accepting not only from companies but also from individuals.

Time charge

Fee for paying according to actual work hours. When payment at a fixed amount does not match the contract negotiation. (Ex. legal due diligence work, contract check, etc.)

Actual cost

Cost to process incidents received( ex. Transportation expenses, revenue stamps and postage stamps to pay the court, copying fee for recording, appraisal expenses etc.)

Daily allowance

Cost to pay which needs to leave the office by transport for processing for the incident.

Legal consultation

10,000 yen every 30 minutes (excluding tax)

* There is no legal consultation fee after being appointed responsible for the case

Each appraisal item, retainer 200,000 yen (excluding tax)

• *Regarding mediation cases, cases of settlement negotiation, contract negotiation, etc., the amount corresponding to the case is taken into account based on the above.
